Over a year ago I wanted to be able to have skills that would go beyond just Unreal and be able to develop a more advanced backend so I began learning C++ to use in Unreal Engine.Īs I progressed through my journey with Unreal, I got exposed to many other game engines and frameworks. I used it nonstop and got comfortable with blueprints and some of the features. I've been using Unreal Engine for about three years now and it was the first experience I had with programming, game design, and everything in that world. I know I'm asking a very biased crowd here but please hear me out.
Suggested naming conventions, collaboration tips, common pipeline struggles and solutions. Including BP tools and options but focuses a lot on C++ and "under the hood" details.
